Ah, I loooove this show. I can identify most with characters Bree (Marcia Cross), Gabrielle (Eva Longoria), and Bree's son Andrew (Shawn Pyfrom).

Cheap comics!
Went to CQ North Edsa to deliver copies of LNA last Saturday when I discovered that the shop was having a weekend sale! Yay Vinnie! Benedict and I got a number of old and recent 30-peso superhero books. Wow. What a bargain.
Speaking of superheroes, I ran into Andrew at CQ Mega last Friday and he suggested that I do a spandex-centric story before the year ends. Apparently, he liked the brief Alternaturals sequence in LNA and he wants to see more mainstream action-adventure tales and less social commentaries from the local scene. Just like Benedict. And Vinnie. And Dean. Hmm... we'll see, then.

So I take it you finished watching all episodes already? I stopped at episode 9 but took a peek at the season finale so I would know what the secret was - shocking but well not as much as I wish it should've been :P
I hope the girls at DH won't become divas. I heard they had a bit of a problem in a photo shoot (VANITY FAIR?) and Nicolette and Marcia were absent from the KNOTS LANDING reunion show (ahhh perhaps it was just a schedule conflict but still...) :D
Haha. I'm glad you were able to find something in the sale. It's sort of a dry run for our 20th anniv.
And yes, more superhero comics! I want the Alternaturals too!! :)

Gumby- If you skipped the episodes leading to the ending, you missed a lot. Many of the supporting characters were developed within that span. Watch it! :) My friend and I agree that Marcia Cross should've won the awards for her portrayal of Bree Van De Kamp.
Divas... Marcia seems like a down-to-earth person in real life... in an interview she mentioned being comfortable with owning a simple car. The photo shoot incident may be part of the show's publicity, for all we know. ;)

uumm..ok here's a comment on desperate housewives. i almost got myself one but my morals kept me from doing so ..hehehe..so basically..aside from the dead people and stuffs..i can relate to the show : )
